This place has not been open for 4 days I have been calling trying to get service I actually showed up today and they have office hours on the door it says Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and there's nobody in the office they don't answer the phone and it's pitch blank inside I guess they open when they want

This was my first time getting labels printed and initially, through text the were nice and attentive. However, I specifically asked what way the label would be printed as it was extremely important that my labels were printed so that the name is visible for 8oz beverage bottles. The employee printed it incorrectly and was extremely rude about the misunderstanding. If you are getting print work done for the first time do not use this company. They offered to fix but it would take an additional 3 days and I need them for tomorrow which is why I chose their same day printing service. What you will get here is fast but possibly insufficient and unprofessional service. As a holder of an MBA degree and several years of Fortune 500 customer service experience this place was the worst. I would never recommend and I will be sure to let my local colleagues know to no longer use this business. If I spend money, I expect to be treated with respect

I ordered and paid for my products Friday and was told I could pick them up on Wednesday. However, no one has answered the phone for 2 days. I had to report it as fraud because Im pretty sure thats what happened here.
